We have been using Z for almost 12 months; and have been happy with the team so far. Terms & conditions

 

Eligibility: The Z Staffing Spa Competition ("the Competition") is open only to those who are an approved Z Staffing centres at the time of the draw.

Competition period: The Competition will run from 12:00am AEST on 3rd April to 11:59pm AEST on 15 May.

How to enter: Centres must book (and complete) a minimum of 5 shifts over the competition period to be eligible. Each completed shift is a valid entry, regardless of the shift's duration.

Prize: The winner will receive a $2,500 spa voucher from a nearby spa salon. The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other prize.

Selection and announcement of winner: The winner will be drawn at random at 12:00pm AEST on Thursday, 16 May. The winner will be contacted directly via phone or email on Thursday, 16 May.

Odds: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Claiming the prize: If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 5 days of notification, Z Staffing reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

Privacy: Any personal data relating to participants will be used solely in accordance with current Australian data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant's prior consent.

Limitation of Liability: Z Staffing is not responsible for any inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party. In no event will Z Staffing, its affiliates, subsidiaries and related companies, its advertising or promotion agencies, or its officers, directors, employees, shareholders, representatives, or agents be responsible or liable for any damages or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of an entrant's access to and use of the website or the downloading from and/or printing material downloaded from the website.

Disputes: Any dispute arising from this competition will be governed by the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Modifications: Z Staffing reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of Z Staffing control.

Consent: Entry into this competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
