App freezing?

If your app isn’t behaving as expected, a quick fix is to close and reopen it. This often resolves minor glitches. Remember, closing apps regularly doesn’t save battery. On an iPhone, use the App Switcher to find and swipe up on the app to close it, and then simply tap on the app to reopen it from your Home Screen or App Library.

Email woes

Sometimes, our important emails like shift details and cancellation notices might be mistaken for spam by Email Service Providers (ESP). It’s not uncommon since automated systems can misinterpret messages. To ensure you don’t miss out, here’s a quick fix to keep our emails in your primary inbox.

Email address match

For logging in, it’s crucial to use the exact email address you registered with us. A slight variation can prevent access, so double-check the email you’re using to log in.

Latest version of the app

Ensure you’re using the latest version of the Z Staffing app. If your app updates automatically, you should be all set. To check, visit the app store and look for our app. A handy tip: In your device settings, under Z Staffing app, enable Background App Refresh and Notifications for seamless updates and shift alerts.

Right browser, right update

Outdated browsers can cause hiccups. Most browsers update roughly every 6 weeks, and sometimes these updates require a manual restart of your device. Make sure your browser is up to date for a smooth experience.

Login details

Check your login type. Are you entering as the correct user type? The toggle above your email on the login page should match your role with a specific colour indication.

Alternative login method

If you usually log in with FaceID and encounter issues, try switching to your email and password. Sometimes changing the login method can solve the problem.

Web portal for centres not working?

It’s not always you or us; sometimes, the browser is the culprit. Clearing your cache can fix a range of issues. This is due to conflicts between stored app versions and those loaded from the web. Clear your browser history to resolve these conflicts. Instructions can be found by clicking the icon below. If you’re still on Internet Explorer, it’s time to switch as it’s no longer supported.
