Each month, hundreds of Educators apply to join our casual pool - but not everyone makes it. In fact, in August 2025 alone, we said no to 250 Candidates.

Here's why:

- 32% were declined due to poor communication and professionalism
- 34% were declined due to the lack of essential industry knowledge, including child protection, ratios and active supervision
- 66% of those declined had already been working in the industry for 2+ years (many through other agencies!)
